Relevance. In Kazakhstan, the analysis of the significance of the reforms implemented in the field of secular education and the education system after the October revolution of 1917, the contribution of national figures in this sphere is relevant. Since it is important to compare the experience of education in the 1920-1930s with the modern education system in the period of globalization. In the program “Ruhani zhangyry: a look into the future” the Elbasy has identified education as a major capital of the state. In improving the modern education system, it is advisable to use the achievements of education over the past years. In this regard, the main idea of the project is a comprehensive study of the history of education in the 20-30s of the XX century.

The purpose of the project – on the basis of scientific studies of the characteristics of the education system and education policy of modernization of the Kazakh society in 1920-30 to form a new vision, a comprehensive study of the activities of the national intelligentsia in the process of formation and implementation of traditional education in the great steppe after the October revolution, reform and development of the system of secular education and enlightenment.

As a result of the study, the following publications will be published:

– 1 The results of the project are published in a peer-reviewed scientific publication indexed by the international Web of Science database, included in (first) or 2 (second) or 3 (third) quarters, and (or) on demand, included in the social Science Citation Index or Arts and Humanities Citation Index and (or) having a cite Score percentile based on Scopus (at least 35 (thirty-five) articles.

– In addition, at least 5 (five) articles and/or reviews with a non-zero impact factor are published in domestic publications approved by the Committee on control in the field of education and science of the MES. It is planned to publish scientific articles in domestic scientific journals and publications, some sections of the upcoming monograph (journal “Otan taryhi”, Bulletin of al-Farabi Kazakh National University, in the electronic journal “edu. e-history”, Bulletin of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University).

– Kazakh publishers – based on the results of the project planned to publish a collective monograph, a collection of archival documents in the domestic edition.

The holder of the state grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “The Best teacher of the Year”, the state scientific scholarship for scientists and specialists who have made a significant contribution to the development of science and technology, the author of 7 monographs, 12 educational and 6 teaching aids, the author of more than 320 scientific articles, co-author of 16 collective monographs, 2 PhD theses were defended under her leadership. Within the framework of the project, he will collect archival documents on the issues under study, analyze and systematize materials, as well as publish scientific papers.
